Video and ad creative production for brands in Andhra Pradesh
The Social Algorithm produces short-form video, ad creative and creator partnerships for businesses in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and for clients in the US and UK. Three of our twelve service packages sit behind this page: High End Video Ops, Viral Growth Engines and Influencer Elite.
If what you need is a steady supply of video built for the feed, cut down into ad variations, and made in the language your customers actually speak, that is this service. It starts at INR 15,000 per month on Foundation. High end video editing is included from INR 25,000 per month, and a dedicated creative director from INR 45,000 per month.
The agency is run by Teja, an AI Content Strategist and self-taught software developer. He plans the creative and writes the code that runs behind it, including the site the traffic lands on and the tracking that tells you whether any of it worked. Most agencies in this region outsource the build.

What creative production covers here
Three things, run as one pipeline rather than three separate line items.
- Short-form video. Cinematic vertical video: shooting, editing, colour grading and sound design. This is the High End Video Ops package.
- Ad creative. The same footage cut into variations built for paid distribution on Meta, Google and TikTok, with different hooks, lengths and framings so there is something to test rather than one hero video to defend.
- Creator partnerships. Curated collaborations with creators whose audience overlaps with your buyers. This is Influencer Elite.
Viral Growth Engines is the strategy layer over all three: deciding which formats to make repeatedly, based on what the feed has already rewarded for your category, instead of making a different kind of video every month and hoping.
Telugu and English creative, made together
Dubbing an English video into Telugu after the fact is not the same as writing for Telugu. The rhythm of a hook does not survive translation, and audiences hear the difference.
We script for both languages before the shoot, so a single day of filming produces a Telugu cut and an English cut that each read as though they were written first. Which one leads depends on who is buying, and that is not something we assume in advance. We run both, watch what each one does, and tell you which one is carrying the results.
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are the markets we work in, and building for both languages from the script stage is a practical part of that.
Ad creative is a volume problem before it is a taste problem
Paid platforms need options. One polished film, however good, gives the algorithm nothing to choose between, and it fatigues under steady spend.
So we work the other way round. A shoot is planned to produce a batch: several hooks, several lengths, static frames pulled from video, and captions written for sound-off viewing. Those go live together, the platform sorts them, and the losers are cut quickly rather than defended.
What survives that process informs the next shoot. Over time this becomes a short, specific list of formats that reliably work for your business, which is more useful than a folder of finished videos.
Creators, judged on enquiries rather than followers
Influencer work is usually sold on follower counts and reported on impressions. Neither number tells you whether anyone got in touch.
So we agree the measure before anything is booked: tracked links, discount codes, form enquiries, WhatsApp messages. If a partnership produces reach and nothing else, that is a failure and we will describe it as one. Creator selection is based on audience overlap with your actual customers, which for a business selling in one or two districts often points to smaller regional creators rather than larger national ones.
Creative is half the job, the landing page is the other half
It is easy to sell video on its own. It is also how money gets wasted, because attention that lands on a page which does not convert produces nothing.
Sanchara Travels, a cab operator in Andhra Pradesh, is a useful example because the measurement is clear. We built the site and ran the ads. Over 28 days GA4 recorded 911 visitors, of whom 196 opened a WhatsApp enquiry, 138 tapped to call and 5 completed a booking form. To be clear about where that traffic came from: 744 of those 911 visitors arrived through Google Ads and only 30 through organic search. It is a paid acquisition result, not an SEO one.
The point is the enquiry rate, not the visitor count. The site and the ads were built by the same people, so the creative and the page it sent people to were designed as one thing. Video and ad creative are commissioned here with that second half in mind.
What it costs
Three plans, priced monthly.
- Foundation, INR 15,000 per month ($179). Strategic brand positioning, high performance content, two-channel management, basic growth analytics, a bi-weekly strategy sync.
- Aggressive, INR 25,000 per month ($299). Full viral strategy, paid ads management, multi-channel takeover, weekly expert guidance, high end video editing and priority execution.
- Elite, INR 45,000 per month ($539). Full funnel ownership, a dedicated creative director, unlimited content ops, influencer and PR access, 24/7 priority support and custom AI tooling.
Standalone production work outside these plans is quoted per project. Website builds are fixed price from ₹25,000. Start a project or email team@thesocialalgorithm.work with what you sell and where you sell it, and we will tell you honestly whether video is the right first move.
D2C fashion tech: 300% growth. The brand came to us with zero organic reach. A viral content loop drove the growth: it reached over 2 million people, sales went up 3.5x and customer acquisition cost fell 40%. Read the D2C fashion case study.
Common questions
Do you shoot in Telugu, English, or both?
Both, and usually both from the same shoot. We plan the script so the same footage supports a Telugu cut and an English cut rather than dubbing one over the other. Which language leads depends on who you sell to, so we run both and let the results decide rather than guessing at the start.
How many videos do I get each month?
It depends on the plan. Foundation at INR 15,000 per month covers high performance content across two channels. Aggressive at INR 25,000 per month adds high end video editing and paid ads management. Elite at INR 45,000 per month includes unlimited content ops and a dedicated creative director. We agree a realistic monthly output at the start rather than promising a number we cannot keep.
Can you use our existing footage instead of shooting new material?
Yes. A lot of usable creative comes from footage a business already has sitting unused: product shots, site visits, customer conversations, phone video from the team. Editing, grading and sound design can often get more out of that than a fresh shoot, and it costs less.
Will a viral video actually bring in sales?
Reach on its own does not. In the D2C fashion project the content loop reached over 2 million people, and alongside that sales went up 3.5x and acquisition cost fell 40%. The reason to care about the second pair of numbers is that views without a page and an offer behind them stay views.
How do you pick influencers, and how do you know they worked?
We look for creators whose audience overlaps with your buyers rather than the largest follower count available. Before anything is signed we agree what counts as a result: enquiries, tracked link clicks, code redemptions. If a partnership only produces impressions, we say so and stop it.
